Delivery and Returns
Delivery
- Orders will be shipped out within 2 working days after the order has been made and all parcels will be trackable
- Delivery of your order will take between 1 to 3 working days via courier shipping
Refund
- You may cancel an order prior to the order being shipped out and we will process a refund for your purchase (less processing fee) to the original payment method
- Refund process can take up to 14 working days
Returns
- Each household address is entitled to 1 return/ exchange per single product or set
- Returns or Exchanges must be done within 30 days from the Order Received date.
- Items must be unwashed/ unscented with tags still attached and in the original LANA Sleep packaging
- We will not accept returns or exchanges of items in the following conditions:
- Damaged, stained or discoloured sheets that were not part of manufacturing defects
- Alterations in fabric texture from improper handling or washing
- Used sheets
- Washed sheets
- When exchange request is submitted more than 15 days after an order has been fulfilled
- When an item that is damaged through use or defective but not due to our error
- When an item that is customised and meets order specifications
- In the case where the product to be return comes with a free gift, the free gift must be returned undamaged and in the original LANA Sleep packaging. Failure to do so will results in aa $40 fee deducted from the refund value
We reserve the right to reject return requests if an item, upon inspection by our team, does not meet the above requirements. Any items that are not eligible for return that have been sent to us will be returned to you, subject to a $20 delivery fee (for Singapore orders) for collection and re-delivery of the items.
This return and exchange policy applies only to orders made on www.lanasleep.com
LANA Sleep reserves the right to make changes to the policy at its discretion.
